What we make custom

Branded corrugated boxes

Flexo or digital printing on shipping boxes, mailers, retail cases. 1-color through full-process. Custom dimensions to your dieline.

Custom-cut foam

EPP and polyethylene foam cut to your CAD spec. CNC routing for prototype quantities, molded for production runs.

Retail-ready packaging

Window cake boxes, branded clamshells, cosmetic/sample boxes. Coated stock for high-gloss retail finish.

Custom seafood/meat cartons

Branded master cartons with FSC-certified material, frozen-stable glue, full-color rotogravure print on vacuum bags.

Insulated cold-chain systems

Engineered cold-chain kits combining EPP liners, corrugated outers, and gel-pack quantity tuned to your hold-time profile.

Co-packing & assembly

Multi-unit retail bundles, sub-assembly into outer cartons, custom-printed inserts. Available on contract basis.

How a custom project runs

  1. Brief — You share dimensions, materials, printing preferences, target volume, and timeline. Mockups or sketches help but aren't required.
  2. Spec & quote — We come back with a structural recommendation, material choice, lead time, and per-unit pricing at 1-3 volume tiers.
  3. Artwork & dieline — If you don't have artwork ready, we provide dieline templates. Our team reviews artwork before production.
  4. Proof & prototype — For orders over 500 units, we make a physical prototype for sign-off. No surprises in production.
  5. Production & delivery — Typical lead time 3-6 weeks from artwork approval. Volume orders ship in waves if needed.
